The STCCC sponsors the Monday Evening Ladies Ride beginning in May through the summer until it’s too dark and/or too cold to ride. We meet at the Rockway Community Center at 6:00 p.m.  Check the forum for weekly announcements and updates.

Monday Evening Ladies Ride Regular Riders

The Monday evening women’s road ride will start May 5th leaving Rockway Community Centre at 6:00pm and head towards Smithville.

Use this weekly organized group ride to get involved with the St. Catharines Cycle Club. Riding in a group promotes confidence, builds fitness and improves road bike handling skills.

The Monday evening rides are a good introduction to the Saturday and Sunday club rides, the Tuesday night training rides and the Thursday time trials.
