The St. Catharines Cycling Club holds training rides every Tuesday night from April to mid-September. The rides alternate between the hilly Saylor's course and flatter courses.
In 2011 we will use the regular Saylor's course and the proposed provincial course as the hilly routes. We will use Sawmill/Cream/Roland/Maple - meeting at the Rockway Community Centre - as one flat route, and North Pelham - meet at the ball diamond on Cream St. - as the second flat course.
In 2011 we will again have A, B, and C groups as numbers dictate. We will also have a co-operative/instructional D group if people are interested. If you are NOT sure of the route on any given night, please ask one of the organizers for help -- we don't want anyone getting lost!
Details on the ride format can be found in the Downloads section of this website.
