Introduction
The St. Catharines Cycling Club is proud to host the 2010 Ontario Provincial Time Trial Championships. The club previously held the event on this on the River Road course, and once again for 2010, we will be returning to this fast, rolling course along the Welland River,
Entry Fees
Pre-registration only for this event. Entry includes lunch. Online registration (provided by the OCA) closes at midnight, Thursday, September 9, 2010.

The start times for all pre-registered riders will be published at least 24 hours prior to the start of the race. The order of categories will be as shown in the Schedule of Events. The start list will be published on the OCA Web Site.
OCA UCI-licenced riders are eligible to register. Riders holding non OCA racing licences may participate in the ITT Championship but are in-eligible to win Provincial medals/jerseys. Violation of this rule will result in fines and possible disciplinary actions from the authority that issued your licence.
For those members racing on citizen permit in the U17 categories, you do not need a full UCI licence to win the championship medals.
For all un-licences riders, OCA One Event racing oermits must be purchased on-line with the race entry fee. All un-licenced riders will be entered into the Sportif category, unless they are in the 15 km start, in which case they will be entered in their respective category.

Directions
From Toronto / Hamilton:
- Take QEW towards Niagara, exit at Victoria Ave South
- Continue on Victoria Ave (RR 24) for approximately 25 km
- Turn Left onto Webber Road, proceed for 10 km into the City of Welland
- Turn right onto Riverside Drive

- Start times will be posted on-line at least 24 hours prior to the start of the race. First off rider will be at 8:30am.
- Race sign in and number pick up will be at the Moose Lodge, 281 Riverside Drive, Welland.
- Awards and lunch will be at the Moose Lodge. Exact times for awards presentation will be announced during the event.
